VAE information sessions

Group workshop

The VAE team of the MENJE organises several information sessions in the form of group workshops for candidates interested in applying for validation des acquis de l’expérience (VAE, accreditation of prior experience and learning). The group workshop is an information session during which you can ask questions about the diploma sought. The workshop supervisors will give you details on how to compile your application. Together with a representative of the validation commission, they will explain the various criteria and requirements to obtain the diploma in question. The main aim of the group workshop is to provide you with as much information and advice as possible about the diploma sought.

The dates of the next group workshops, which will take place at the end of January, will be communicated to you in due course.

The workshops will take place from 17:30 to 19:00 at the following address:

Chambre des salariés (Lifelong Learning Centre)
2-4, rue Pierre Hentges
L-1726 Luxembourg
Directions: Google Maps

Places are limited, so please register as soon as possible for the workshop of your choice.

Structure workshop – Guide to the structure of the application for validation on the merits

Once your application has been declared admissible, you need to prepare your application for validation on the merits. To help you understand how to compile all the different elements for the application for validation on the merits, a structure workshop is organised by the VAE team of the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth.

During this workshop, you can ask any questions you may have about the methodology to compile such a dossier. The main aim is to give you as much information and advice as possible.

This workshop is reserved for individuals who have submitted an application for admissibility. They will receive an invitation by e-mail.

INFPC information sessions

The validation des acquis de l’expérience (VAE, accreditation of prior learning and experience) is a procedure which allows, under certain conditions, to take into account professional or extra-professional experience to fully or partially obtain a certificate, diploma or degree.

The Institut national pour le développement de la formation professionnelle continue (INFPC, National Institute for the Development of Continuing Vocational Training) presents the main points of the procedure of the accreditation of prior learning and experience, so that everyone can familiarise themselves with it.

Details about the registration and session dates can be found on the INFPC website:
