Abuse of minors : Procedures to be followed by childhood and youth professionals

This document is aimed at childhood and youth professionals (including teachers, social workers, health professionals, therapists and counsellors) and all other professionals who are in contact with children or teenagers. It describes as clearly as possible the procedure which applies to any suspected abuse of a child by either an adult or another child.
